So here’s something really cool to think about, something we’ve been doing recently for some of our clients and our own process. We’ve actually been incorporating a membership site into the sales funnel.
Now the people coming through don’t actually know that they’re in a membership site. But what it lets us do is a hundred percent customize the sales process because we know who they are, when they’ve clicked on the link, exactly what they’re interested in, and what they’ve previously bought.
All of that information allows us to personalize their experience.
Also we’re able to take the information that we have and personalize the offer. We’re able to put their name and information inside of the messaging in the funnel. We’re able to give them exactly like, okay, here’s where you are.
You’ve watched the webinar, you’ve done your first discovery call. We’re still waiting and prompting them and giving them incentive to continue logging in, give them free information when they haven’t made it all the way through the path.
It’s amazing and it has absolutely increased conversions for our customers as well as for us and it’s something that I don’t see a lot of people doing, but I think it’s a trend that’s on the rise.
Watch for it. Think about it in your business, if you don’t have a membership site, how are you converting and what do you think a completely personalized process could do for you?
